WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

Personal information is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context.

When you inquire about our products and service in this website through Chat Now or Contact Us, the Company collects and processes the following personal information that you provide:

  • First name, Middle name, Last name

  • Email Address

  • Mailing address

  • Contact numbers such as Mobile number or landline

Upon Reservation using the Reserve Now-My Account sub-site, additional personal information shall be collected to process your on-line reservation form and which includes the following :

  • Gender

  • Civil status

  • Spouse Name

  • Date of birth

  • Tax Identification Number

  • Government ID as proof of identification

Upon reservation payment, you will be directed to our 3rd Party Payment gateway Service owned and operated by Quickwire which shall collect and process your financial information according to its own terms and own policies.

Additional Requirements On A Case-To-Case Basis

  1. Originally signed Reservation Agreement ( if reservation was done with scanned copy of the RA or a Quick Reserve Form )

FOR INDIVIDUAL BUYERS:

  1. Three (3) Notarized or Consularized Special Power of Attorney - for buyers transacting through an Attorney-in-Fact

  2. Three (3) Certified True Copies of the Certificate of Finality - for divorced/annulled/legally separated buyers

  3. Three (3) Certified True Copies of Certificate of Finality appointing a guardian with copy of the Surety Bond - if buyer is a minor

  4. Three (3) copies of Notarized /Consularized Affidavit of Citizenship or Oath of Allegiance - if buyer is a former Filipino citizen

  5. Three (3) copies of Notarized/Consularized Affidavit of Waiver - for buyers with foreign spouses

 

FOR CORPORATIONS/PARTNERSHIPS

  1. Two (2) Original Certified True Copies of SEC Certificate of Registration, Articles of Incorporation/Partnership and By-Laws or equivalent documents issued by the governing where company was incorporated (foreign buyers).

  2. Two (2) Original Certified True Copies of Partnership Certificate or Secretary’s Certificate /Board Resolution showing the percentage of ownership.

    1. Note: If buyer is purchasing lot, house & lot or townhouse, the partnership or corporation must be at least 60% Filipino owned.

  3. Certified True Copy of latest SEC General Information Sheet or List of Current Stockholders with percentage of ownership as shown in the notarized or consularized Secretary’s Certificate with Board Resolution.

 

TRUST ACCOUNT

  1. Declaration of Trust Account / Trust Agreement

  2. Trustor Documents (refers to the requirements of the buyer)

  3. Trustee Documents (refers to the requirements of the authorized representative)

    1. Note: If Trustee/Trustor is an individual, refer to the list of requirements for individual buyer. If Trustee/Trustor is a non-individual, refer to the list of requirements for corporations/partnerships.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS


Clear Copy of the Valid Passport with date of entry/exit - If submitted documents by a foreign-based buyer is locally notarized (e.g. SPA, affidavits, etc)

  1. Letter Advice Re: Correction of Unit Details in RA - if there are corrections in the unit details in the RA

*Foreign nationals are only allowed to purchase Residential and Commercial Condominiums

THE RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH US

We have a retention policy that keeps track of the retention schedules of the personal data you provide us depending on uses and purposes for which said data was collected.

Whenever you provide information through Contact Us and Chat Now, we retain said information for the amount of time necessary in order for us complete the declared purposes for which your personal data was collected (e.g. to respond to your inquiry, process your unit reservations, manage your bookings, facilitate payments or establish and fulfill our contract with you).

As part of our security measures, we will contact you and conduct the necessary verification measures to process your request. Once we have implemented the necessary corrections, we shall then notify you that your request has been processed and completed.

 

c. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

If you wish to withdraw your given consent for any or all purposes set out in this Notice kindly send your detailed request to avidadataprivacy@avidaland.com. Depending on the nature of your consent withdrawal, the Companymay no longer be in a position to continue to provide products and services to you.
